How do I renew my license?

When your license is about to end, you’ll get a notification on the top of your screen.

In order to renew your license, you have to login into your TestCompass Personal Account. Then go to the hamburger menu, click on “Extend License”  and follow the procedure.

You may renew your license at any time! If you renew your license, after it has expired, the renewal date starts from the day you have renewed it.

For example, you purchased a license on November, 08 2020. The Subscription expires on November 08, 2021. You may renew at any time.

• If you renew the License on November 01, 2021, then your new Subscription starts on November, 08 2021 and ends on November, 08 2022.
• If you renew the License, say on November 20, 2020, then your new Subscription starts on November, 20 2020 and ends on November, 20 2021.
