When your license is about to end, you’ll get a notification on the top of your screen.
In order to renew your license, you have to login into your TestCompass Personal Account. Then go to the hamburger menu, click on “Extend License” and follow the procedure.
You may renew your license at any time! If you renew your license, after it has expired, the renewal date starts from the day you have renewed it.
For example, you purchased a license on November, 08 2020. The Subscription expires on November 08, 2021. You may renew at any time.
We don’t work with subscriptions! Every license (Free, month or annual) expires automatically at the end of the licensing period.
AND… When your the License ends, you will get one more day to export your personal data, such as TestCompass Projects and Models and other Test Data.

PayPal is an electronic payment processor that allows

use this service even if you do not want to sign up for
an account of your own. Making payments with
PayPal is free of charge for the buyer.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, your details will be send to us. We will send you an invoice and paying details. After having received the payment you will get the activation link to login.
If you lost or forgot your password, you will be able to retrieve it at the login page of TestCompass. Click on “Forgot your Password?” and enter your email. Then please check your email for information about how to reset your password.
The license of TestCompass is per named user.
As we supply cross-border digital services (supply of software) to non-taxable persons (consumer), we opt to use the Mini One Stop Shop (MOSS) VAT scheme. The MOSS-scheme allows you to account for VAT, normally due in multiple EU countries, in just one EU country.
Our business is established in the EU, in the Netherlands, and therefore the standard VAT rate is 21%. As a consumer you will see, during the payment process, that all our prices include the 21% VAT.
Yes, you may want to try our Trial version. We recommend you to try TestCompass before purchasing to ensure that it will meet your requirements. It is totally free for 14 days without any obligations.
The trial version includes all the functionality and allows you to set up unlimited projects and models.

Yes, the Free Trial is really free for a period of 14 days after registration at TestCompass. And also available without any functionality limit.
After 14 days the Free Trial expires automatically. Unless you decide to purchase the Tool!
Yes, we can supply a quotation. Please send your request to info@compass-testservices.com, providing your details: name, address, email, number of licenses needed and if applicable the company name, registered company address and VAT number.
If you want to register for TestCompass as a company, you must enter your company details and a valid VAT number.
If your company is situated in the European Union (except the Netherlands), your VAT number will be checked automatically, during the payment process, against the VIES database of the European Commission.
If your EU VAT number is valid then the VAT-amount will be automatically subtracted. This is called the Reverse charge mechanism of calculating VAT. This means you will have to include VAT in your return and eventually pay it in your own country.
If you don’t have a valid VAT number, we should usually charge VAT at the rate applicable in the Netherlands (21%).

If your business is situated in the Netherlands we apply the standard VAT rate of 21%.

The connection between your web browser and TestCompass’ backend servers is secured using industry-standard encryption and SSL/TLS (Secure Socket Layer / Transport Layer Security) protocols.
All connections are made using HTTPS, ensuring that network traffic is encrypted, and that others cannot eavesdrop on communication between your machine and TestCompass’ infrastructure.
TestCompass’ backend infrastructure is hosted by AWS (Amazon Web Services). AWS is the world’s most popular cloud hosting provider, and is trusted by banks, financial institutions, technology companies, governments, and state security services around the world. TestCompass’ infrastructure on AWS is physically located within the European Union.
TestCompass takes full advantage of the protections offered by AWS. Our systems are encapsulated and firewalled by AWS’s VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) technology, and access is secured with AWS’s IAM (Identity and Access Management) framework. Our backend resources are configured in accordance with industry security best-practices, and AWS security guidelines.
All TestCompass customer data (such as test models and user account information) is encrypted at rest, using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Regular backups are also performed to guard against data loss.
The AWS data center is located in Frankfurt (Europe – Germany)
